From start to end, they were easy to talk to and nothing was too hard! We originally signed up and scored an amazing deal - team of 4 (2 photographers and 2 videographers) for $5000. We were offered numerous times throughout paying them off, more offers if we paid the remaining balance in full- we would have been silly not to take them up on the offer when we could. They then made us feel super comfortable during our engagement pictures, and they had were offered to have our children join us to get some special family photos - we had lots of laughs, and our pictures are simply beautiful. The remainder of time before our wedding we were able to fill out online forms to explain what we wanted in our photos on our day. This made the process very easy and we knew what was required. On the day, everyone was amazing! In our team, we had only met Beau previously, but that didn't matter at all. Everyone was so easy going, funny and professional! Which suited us immensely. We aren't usually comfortable being in photos etc, so to be guided with poses when needed definitely helped! We also have gorgeous candid pictures too. We received sneak peeks pretty quickly and our USB (I have never seen such a beautiful glass USB before!) Of all 1500 images and our videos a few months later. We have watched them and laughed many many times! Highly recommend Whately Photography to anyone looking for beautiful work with a relaxed team!
