Kate is a friendly, professional make-up artist. She was happy to travel some distance to me for my bridal shower and our wedding day. She listened to what I wanted and adapted the make-up to suit my style. It was fantastic to hear Kate sharing tips with my hairdresser as they worked together. Really impressed, thanks Kate.

Really happy with the photo booth and the service that we received. This was a great addition to the reception, as our guests loved it and we have extra memories from the digital photos. Unfortunately, some of the photos are blurred, as a guest may have bumped the booth during the reception. After the issue was reported, someone attended promptly and fixed it.

I was very happy with my dress and the service I received until I tried to make an appointment to collect my dress on a weekend. As the store refused to accommodate me, I had to arrange time off work to collect my dress. Upon trying on the dress (7 months after I was measured), I felt humiliated by the reaction of the staff because my measurements had changed. Beautiful dress, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Karen was so reassuring and calm when it came to altering my wedding dress. She knew exactly what was needed to get the best fit for me and then tweaked the alteration on a Sunday to ensure that I had my dress in plenty of time before the big day. I can't thank you enough Karen!
