WOW! Where do I even start? We had the MOST amazing day ever. We cannot thank you all at Saltwater enough for everything. Honestly, we cannot fault a single thing from the day let alone give you any feedback for improvements because everything was just PERFECT! Katie and Jordan, your organisation and planning documents made it so easy for us to navigate what we wanted and when. We never had to overthink anything or question, because you had provided us with the appropriate information in such an easy and friendly manner. The actual venue itself and all the inclusions was just a dream. Little things like not having to worry about cutlery, napkins and even the bigger things like the arbour and wishing well made it SO EASY. The staff on the day/night were incredible. We felt as if they genuinely wanted to be there and were enjoying every moment alongside us. Nothing was too big of a problem if anyone asked for anything in particular. THE FOOD!!! Well, if we haven't heard it once, we have heard it about 1000 times by now how exceptional the food was. The canapes were incredible! The crowd favourites had to be the duck pancakes and the mini burgers. My mum (who is always thinking about if there is enough food when having events) could not stop talking about how much food there was just in the canapes - too the point she filled up so much before dinner!! And well our mains, the best lamb cutlets I have ever had. Again, have only heard about how good both the cutlets and the chicken was. Hats off the chef!
