Bobbi was an absolute highlight to our day. She is professional and organised but the most important part of her service is that she becomes a member of your family and really supports what you would like out of your ceremony. She is a beautiful soul that takes the awkward formal feeling out of the process and makes the experience easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend her.

We had a terrible experience. They changed their catering staff and events coordinators 3 times in the lead up to the wedding, the last time was only 1 month prior to wedding. The only good thing I have to say was the accommodation included was pretty good and the staff on the night, although very young did their best.
