Our wedding on-site coordinator at W hotel Emma was amazing. Without her our wedding would not have gone so smoothly. Throughout the whole planning process, Emma provided us with amazing recommendations for vendors, she also coordinated all the bump in and bump out of the vendors and made sure the night of the reception ran as smoothly as possible. The W hotel wedding package also included an amazing night in one of their suites which was so magical. The team had then left us gifts and messages after our wedding night to congratulate us on the occasion. The W hotel staff was also so helpful with helping us check out all the florals and signage from our wedding to our cars and just made everything as stress free as possible for us! If you are looking for a modern venue with great customer service then I would definitely recommend the W hotel as your venue choice!
