We hired chairs, umbrellas and a drink station from Melissa at Circle of Love. The set up was done without a hitch and it looked absolutely beautiful. We had a 'first look' in the gardens prior to the ceremony and were surprised to see Melissa and her team setting up so early, but I was impressed with the organisation! There was a miscommunication about hiring a signing table, but Melissa went out of her way to pick up a suitable table from her own home last minute for us to use! Amazing supplier. Highly recommended.

Wedding Hire

Stephen was super organised, made the time to meet with us before the wedding to figure out our music tastes. He told us he was happy to play songs off a list of our recommendations, but on the night he blew us away by playing them all!! The dance floor was pumping all night, and that was definitely due in part to our fabulous choice in DJ.

Great communication and organisation. Loved how you could personalise your booth and your photo strips. The booth has lots of cool features, including video messages. We loved it. Our Photo Booth attendant, Yogi, was fab! He was great at encouraging all the guests into the booth and was super energetic and friendly. The only thing that lets them down is the app which crashes frequently. But as the married couple, we got all the photos on a USB so we have them all anyway!

Well-organised, good communication, fabulous clean limo on the day. Our driver, Daniel, was so friendly and laid back. He was happy to drive us around St Kilda for a bit before the ceremony. Parking in St Kilda would have been challenging, but they had it all sorted so we didn't have to stress at all.

Food & Desire were spectacular. Their communication was great in the lead up to the wedding. We had at least 3 meetings prior, to ensure that every detail was organised for the day. On the wedding day itself however, they blew me away. The food was incredible, the service - impeccable. Most of our guests commented on how on the ball the staff were with the service and how great the food was. All the staff were also super friendly on the night, which just added to the positive vibe of our wedding. I would highly recommend the Harbour Room for a well-organised, fun and delicious wedding.

Charis made the perfect celebrant for our wedding. She was professional, friendly and well-spoken. She made the time to meet up with us twice before the wedding, sent us our ceremony draft many months prior and gave us confidence that she was taking care of everything. The second time we met, it felt like I was meeting up with an old friend. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of celebrant and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a calm, friendly and professional celebrant.
