We cannot recommend Palms Pavilion enough! The venue itself is absolutely incredible!! you truly cannot beat the views. From the moment we saw this place we knew it was perfect for our wedding. The food and drinks were amazing and everything exceeded our expectations. It was by far the best day of our lives! Bec, our coordinator, was also absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she answered every single question so promptly, which made the whole planning process feel so easy and stress free. Living away from the venue, Bec was so accommodating and organised video calls with us whenever we needed, which made such a difference. On the day itself, she went above and beyond making sure we had eaten, had a drink in hand and were feeling comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Her calm nature, professionalism and attention to detail were incredible and she truly made the whole day run so smoothly. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you Bec and the whole team for giving us the most perfect wedding day imaginable!
