Steven and Karen are an extraordinary team; their professionalism and passion for their craft shone through from the very beginning. Admittedly, my partner and I are usually uncomfortable being the centre of attention and on camera. However, Steven and Karen's approach put us at ease immediately. Potters was perfect. We looked into Potters because of the close location to family, and wound up loving the people and the venue. The place is gorgeous - you can tell there's a lot of thought put into photos, as they had many spots for great wedding photos. The chapel was beautiful for a cold winter ceremony, but we were toasty inside. The people who work there were so lovely and friendly and polite - I wish I could have thanked every single one of them for being so amazing. The food was fantastic - I normally don't remember much about food from weddings, but it was delicious, so hats off to the chef! They were all willing to help and do anything we requested, including downloading custom playlists for us so we didn't have to worry about music on the day. Highly recommend them, especially for a micro-wedding.

Hannah, to sum up in one word, is amazing. Throughout the whole booking process, she was prompt and polite. She was fantastic at helping us figure out timings, which included a very early start. She brought along her assistant, who gave us all facials before starting the makeup. Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup, Especially me. She colour-matched my skin perfectly, and did contouring and highlighting enough to make me just glow. She knew exactly what I was after - for both hair AND makeup, with the hair being a beautiful slightly messy, but still tidy low bun with native flowers on top of it. It was all perfect from the eyes to the red lips, and it lasted a good 18 hours before I finally washed it off. No touch ups needed. I highly recommend Hannah. She's amazing.
