Jane at Blooms by Cecilia had the most impeccable communication - I was often wow'd by how quick she'd reply and how receptive she was to all my requests. The flowers on the day were breath-taking. The ambiance the flowers created was even better than we envisioned. The team at Blooms were absolute superstars, setting up in 38 degree heat. I wasn't aware until after the wedding, that the team actually stayed back to set up to make sure the flowers were in direct sunlight. Blooms by Cecilia truly went above and beyond to ensure the day was perfect. I would highly highly recommend them!
