Avalon Castle is the perfect place for a couple to join in matrimony. The castle is absolutely charming, the grounds are magnificent, the food really yummy, but above all Yvonne, Aaron (the owners), Denise (wedding planner) and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Through out the planning of our wedding they were there for us. They never said no to any of our requests. They spent an entire day helping us decorating the tables and their beautiful chapel as we wanted everything hand made by us. We had no idea that at no extra cost we were going to have so much help and support. They all sincerely wanted our wedding day to be perfect. And perfect it was. The place looked dreamy and romantic. Everything was perfect, just as any bride and groom hopes and deserves. Yvonne and Aaron were there for us every step of the way. Yvonne even took care of our little boy to ensure that my husband and I would enjoy our first dance as a married couple without interruptions. Aaron always had my glass of champagne ready for me as I would approach the bar. The cottage that is free of charge for the newly weds to spend the night is truly lovely. When we retired we found two glass and my favourite bottle of bubbly. I could probably write pages and pages. We will always be grateful to the staff at Avalon Castle for giving us the wedding we were dreaming about.

We have tried writing a review for John many times; however, it is not as easy as one would think. John is truly wonderful, warm, caring and much more. We know this as we got to know John during the time he spent to get to know us in order to be able to perform an unforgettably perfect wedding ceremony for Ron and I. And that is exactly what John delivered. Our guests are still commenting on our beautiful, romantic, elegant but yet witty and fresh ceremony. John stirred up all the beautiful emotions that a wedding can bring. Everyone smiled, everyone laughed, everyone cried for happiness. Ron and I wanted our guests to be involved in the ceremony and John performed a beautiful Unity Candle Ceremony as well as a lovely Warming Of The Rings Ceremony. John explained the meaning of both which made them very special for our guests. He is extremely well organised, very knowledgeable and his professionalism is second to none. I will not say any more as I do not want to spoil the surprise and John had tiny little surprises for us along the way; may I had, very pleasant useful surprises. There is only one sad part to have John Beck as your celebrant: When at the end of the ceremony John wishes you all the best and he leaves, you will most likely feel sad as we did. Ron and I felt as if we had just lost a very dear friend. If we could give John 6 stars we would. We will always remember John as a very dear friend, after all, he knows us well.

Very professional and warm approach to their photography. Easy to work with. Vlad was punctual and happy to accomodate any requests we had. He was able to work with ease even with the little ones that were in our bridal party. He made sure we took photos with our immediate family and remained with us till dusk in order to take some beautiful romantic night shots.

We ordered some rose petals as we wanted something that was kind to nature not to mention romantic. It was very easy to put the order through and the company was easy to deal with and they were very happy to answer any questions we had. As we ordered the petals about 3 months before the wedding, they suggested that it would be best to send us the petals 4 weeks before the wedding. As the time of receiving the petals was very near, I sent them an email and I was pleasantly surprised when they said that they already had been sent. The petals were absolutely beautiful. The photographs and video look absolutely amazing.

We consider ourselves lucky to have had Tash and the guys play at our wedding. They are absolutely wonderful. Ronny is very easy to deal with and on the night he demonstrated to be not only a great musician but also a professional and yet warm and friendly MC. Tash has a great voice, which sounded amazing in the garden accompanied by the band's skilful guitarist. It was during the reception that we all got to enjoy the complete band playing. After all you need the drums. I honestly could not tell you who was having more fun, my husband and I, our guests or the members of the band. They have this amazing ability to read the crowd. They get everyone dancing and they keep them dancing through out the night. The party continued even after the bride and groom lefte as the guests just want to dance more to their music. I must admit that my husband and I also wanted to dance more to their music, so without anyone knowing, when everyone thought we had left, we continued dancing to Playback Melbourne music in the gazebo under the stars in the grounds of Avalon Castle as we could hear them playing. We are planning to have them at our next big birthday party. They really know how to play and party. We booked them for our wedding the day we went to hear them play during one of their rehearsals. They are really fantastic. Ask them to play "Blame it on the booggie".
