First experience was ok. Once I had paid the deposit, felt like they didn’t care anymore. Some staff were very rude, especially regarding the delivery date. Was initially told the dress would be in store at least 8 weeks prior to the wedding day, however, it turned up the week before. Very stressful experience and when I did collect the dress, they didn’t offer for me to try it on or take it out of the bag to see it or check over it – I had to ask and the staff member made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Will not shop there again.

Very easy going. Had exactly what we were after. Would not recommend the fake flowers that come on the cake though. Fresh from the wedding florist would have looked much nicer. Comments from guests were that the cake was delicious.

Daryll is a very friendly and welcoming person. He told us what we were required to include in our ceremony and allowed us to tailor the rest of the ceremony to our desire. He guided us along the way and was very helpful. Daryll took care of all the legal paperwork and had some good ideas regarding the process. He also had some nice little touches, such as the sand for our family sand ceremony and a gift once we were married.

Very straightforward booking process. They delivered, set up and packed up without a worry. Worked in with the florist’s time plan. So amazing as we did not see them (in and out before we arrived and waited until we had left to pack up). Very impressed with their service.

Very professional and understanding. Laid back approach throughout booking and planning. Hardly noticed either Cameron or the cameras were there, which is a good thing! Had a sneak peek on Facebook for us to view and share within a couple of days and it looks so good! Very impressed with their service. Hanging out to see the final product because I am sure it will be amazing!!!!!
