I could not recommend Bru more. She made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world for my wedding day. Her skills and knowledge with hair are incredible and she was able to picture and do exactly what I wanted with my hair! Even with my minimal knowledge of hair terms. The execution was outstanding and my hair did not budge after over 20 hours! I didn’t even need to touch it or add more hairspray. It felt comfortable and didn’t make my head sore from the updo. My bridesmaids and mum were equally happy with their hair and we all looked gorgeous! She did me, 4 bridesmaids and my mum. She is a gorgeous person who works with you and your timeline of the day. She was such a vibe as me and my family were getting ready for the big day. She was easy to work with and extremely accommodating. The price point has so much value for money and I could not have dreamed of working with another person.

We had a fantastic experience with Duuet. They reply promptly and assist you along the way. Henry was very helpful with providing information for my wedding day timeline which I very much appreciate. We had the 14 hour package, and they waived paying an additional hour as we had a break in the middle of our day where we didn't require photos. They are very accommodating. The photos turned out AMAZING. Wei slipped into the background, not getting in the way of anything and took the most amazing photos. I would recommend having in mind any fun poses you want to do with your bridal party/group photos as we weren't given much direction for the fun ones. But all of the portraits and candid photos are just amazing. For the price you pay, you definitely get way more out of the experience. I would recommend them to my friends and

My partner and I have nothing but praise and thanks for the staff at the Lake House. Ella and her functions team were always so warm and easy to work with. Everyone on the night loved the wait staff and the food was TO DIE FOR. The terrace venue itself is gorgeous and required little decorations to enhance its already stunning features. The price per head was more expensive than most but it was well worth the amazing feedback we had from our wedding guests. "It was the best wedding we've ever been to and the food (insert satisfied sigh here)" The only complaint was that they wanted more of the amazing food! Especially the "apple" dessert. The grounds were stunning and a great place to take our bridal portraits. 100% recommend to anyone who wants a small getaway from Melbourne

Lina is by far the best cake vendor. Everyone absolutely loved our vanilla mud with passionfruit curd cake, and we even we asked by a number of people who our cake person was because they loved it. The cake was HUGE but that didn't mean we had much leftover! It was that good that we only had a small amount to take home to enjoy for the weeks after the wedding. The decorating was by far everything I wanted and more for my wedding. She nailed the brief and went above and beyond. I will always use Sweetly Styled and work with Lina for any event (or the cheeky weeknight snack) I have in future. (The cost also included delivery and assembly of the cake 1.5 hours our of Melbourne)

Wedding Cakes

My partner and I had the most amazing experience with them for our wedding which we celebrated in early December 2022. From the time of requesting a quote through to the end of the event, the people we worked with were lovely, respectful and accommodating. They maintained contact over the months so we didn't feel forgotten and answered all of our questions in a quick manner. Luke was our DJ/Trombone player for the night and he was a MASSIVE hit! Although his DJing could use a bit of work, it was greatly outweighed by his performance! He got almost everyone onto the dancefloor and his trombone skills are second to none. The cost was exactly what we were expecting, which included travel 1.5 hrs out of Melb. We are already thinking about the next event we can host just so we can work with him again! Would 100% recommend.
