This Waterfront Function Centre in Sans Souci was the first place we looked at and we knew it should have been the only place. After some initial hiccups with the event co ordinators, Mel made us feel like we were the most important people to her and her experience and insights made our wedding day perfect. It seemed that she even gave us the most glorious winter day for our “once upon a second time ‘round”. The beautiful vista, sunset on the water and the attentiveness of the staff who served the sumptuous feast had so many of our guests tell us that the real sense of joy at our wedding made it the best wedding that they had ever been to. Heartfelt thanks to Mel and her staff and as we approach our first anniversary, we wish that we could do it all again.. Bryan and Charmaine
