The venue and staff were so accommodating in the weeks, days and lead-up to the wedding. They were so helpful and flexible to still make our wedding day fabulous, despite all the wet weather! The location is stunning for photos and we had so many compliments from the guests about how great the food was. Staff were lovely - even offered that we can come back and visit on our anniversary if there's not another wedding booked!

Absolutely amazing to deal with. The music was great - from the acoustic duo for ceremony-early reception to the DJ on the dancefloor. Everyone complimented the music on the night - particularly the song choices of the DJ. They all met our requests perfectly.

The dress was lovely, however found the experience itself to be quite pushy and rude. The main salesperson was extremely pushy and over the top with her 'I'll give it to you cheaper but the manager has microphones hidden so I'll get in trouble' act. On visits I did hear them arguing with other clients whilst in the changerooms - I felt quite uneasy. I loved the dress, however alterations were extremely expensive and not what I wanted or expected when paying that kind of price. They didn't take the waist in enough which resulted in a line across the waist as a quick fix way to alter it. There was also a huge pull right in the middle of the back of the dress (which they did fix) however it was not an area that needed altering to begin with and they only fixed it once I pointed it out to them. Loved the dress, but would recommend trying other places first.
