I had a lovely experience with Renee at Something Blue Luxe Bridal. I fell in love with some earrings on the page that were only available in silver. I emailed to enquire about a special order in gold, and I received a swift response informing me that, coincidentally, these would be available in gold the following day. Once I purchased them online, there was a delay in shipping of about 2 weeks. Renee let me know of this personally and as a result of this, she sent a couple of special gifts to accompany the earrings to thank me for my patience. This unexpected gift was accompanied by a hand written card. I feel as though Renee has gone above and beyond with customer care and communication. I can’t wait to wear these earrings for my wedding in October!
