Bluewater was the perfect setting for our wedding - beautiful, relaxed, and so well put together. The function space upstairs is stunning with fantastic views of the marina, but what really made the experience so special was working with the events manager Simone. She was calm, organised, and genuinely cared about making our day exactly how we imagined it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She had great ideas but worked with us to plan and make decisions as we wanted. We left it up to her to decide on the table settings with our beachy theme and we had no regrets, it looked fantastic! Simone kept everything on track on the day without ever making it feel stressful, and somehow managed to be behind the scenes making things happen while still feeling completely present and supportive. Every time we turned around with an empty glass she was there with a new one and right before the big moment she was there with water and mints for a fresh first kiss. The day went off without a hitch. Everything flowed so naturally, and we were able to just turn up and participate in the day knowing that Simone had everything under control. The food was above and beyond what was expected everyone commented on how fantastic and tasty the food was. We didn’t expect the food to be bad but for a buffet style we were blown away at how tasty everything was. It was honestly the best day of our lives, and a big part of that is thanks to Simone and her team. If you're planning your wedding, we can't recommend them enough and it’s now a nice place we can go to celebrate little wins in life and reminisce on the experience we had for our wedding.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Stephanie as our wedding celebrant. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, listened to our story, and crafted a ceremony that was heartfelt, and personal. She has a great sense of humour and delivered her words well while keeping everyone engaged and entertained. She struck the perfect balance of romance, joy, and a touch of humour that had everyone smiling (and a few happy tears too!). If you're looking for a celebrant who will truly care about making your day special and memorable, we can’t recommend Stephanie highly enough. She made our wedding at The Bluewater unforgettable, and we will always be grateful for the kind words and humour that she brought to our ceremony.
