Beautiful macarons in a beautiful box plus a little paper inside which says thanks to our guests. Only regret that they wont last forever.

Do not go to this place. Alterations department is atrocious and will charge you up to 900 bucks with bad alterations. Do not trust them when they say you can buy the dress for cheap and they will alter it to suit your body. Lies. Every alteration you make will cost you. Go somewhere else please.

Fantastic service from the team at grand hyatt melbourne. My wedding went so smoothly. Event planner Winter Tan was with us the whole way even when I had my meltdowns and bridezilla attacks, she was very patient with me. Everything was taken care of during the day I had absolutely nothing to worry about and my day was perfect. My only regret was that my wedding day went too quickly. I only have pictures and memories now about that day. The residence was beautiful. I would suggest that they change their leather chairs though, which is getting abit old, but I didnt notice it during the wedding :) Oh and they gave us 2 nights in the Diplomatic Suite which is the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. I didnt have time to use their bathtub though which was a shame.

Great service! They were on time, communicated with my event planner.. i had nothing to worry and had no stress during my wedding day because they just did everything for me. They designed my picture border according to my wedding theme beautifully The photos were on very high quality paper. All my guests were happy with my photobooth! My only regret was that I didnt take more photos during the night :( Also very prompt with giving us our USB and the link to the gallery immediately after.
