We are still beaming after such an epic wedding weekend over 3 weeks ago now, and we are just SO incredibly thankful for your EPIC contribution to our big day! Antonia - you were amazing from our initial visit in Dec, and the tasting in Jan, and answering so many of my random late night emails and questions so kindly. I'm so sorry I had so many come through haha, but I'm also very grateful you could ease this stressed bride with happily answering them and helping us plan our epic day. I truly hope you're enjoying your new role, wherever you are! Amelia - you had to pick up the pieces of my billion-reply emails and I'm grateful! You adapted so well to my chaos, and happily helped us in the lead up to the big day. You are lovely and Athol Hall is lucky to have you there now! Bis - Please pass on my regards to Bis, from my chaotic drop off, and the on the day mix up, and even to the post event finding missing things, Bis was prompt, respectful and kind. A lot of our family commented how him and the team were quick to act, and get things done smoothly. I know you all do many weddings, and it's great to have such a great team on board at the venue! As a wedding vendor, I’m sure you see so many couples and weddings, and also understand the chaos that is the lead up, the day and the aftermath. So THANK YOU for your professionalism and your service - we are grateful we had absolute pros on the day and could trust the Athol Hall team to run smoothly after all our chats and discussions about what we wanted. Bis and the team really went above and beyond, and we’re so adaptable to make sure things still worked well, despite the very VERY strong winds. We were so happy it was sunny and no rain, but unfortunately couldn’t help the wind - so thank you to your amazing Athol Hall Team for still powering through, rugging up, and still doing amazing things for us on the day! We had so many compliments from our family and guests about the venue and the staff, and we were so stoked that we booked our Surprise Wedding at such a beautiful venue! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Bis and the staff on that day - they were so lovely and hospitable! Our guests also complimented the man behind the bar - very efficient! And the topping up of drinks before speeches, also a win! Despite the wind breaking a few things and causing chaos, the team were quick to help clean up and get things ready for guests.
