I took my wedding dress to Melissa E for alterations, and Melissa is divine. She is skilled, patient, good humoured and flexible. When an idea I had for an addition didn't work out she was quick to find a better solution with me. I never felt like too much trouble and I left with a dress that was, in my mind, perfect, and much improved from the time I brought it in to her.

Very easy to deal with, accommodated my special requests and the food was fabulous. I wasn't aware of any of them until they were leaving the reception - they were somehow invisible and completely on top of it. Highly recommended.

She gave us complete confidence during her pre-ceremony meetings and correspondence, her information package and online resources are second to none, and everything she did on the day was so professional and personal. Highly personal touch. My bouquets comprised of paper roses (made using pages from my favourite Jane Austen book), silk flowers and crystals. My bridesmaids' bouquets mirrored details in my dress, and my bouquet mirrored details in theirs. People raved about them and now I have a beautiful, permanent souvenir.

The room was perfect and there was a surprise dish of chocolate dipped strawberries with a sweet note of congratulations waiting for us when we arrived. Very comfortable. It felt like we were a world away and the views over the golf course and surrounds was lovely to wake to.

Our photographer has a gift. He put everyone at ease, was fun and imaginative with his shots, worked in perfect harmony with the videographer (also from Tree) and the final products are exceptional. Written communication can be a little challenging, but easy to deal with in person or on email.
