I arrived at Sweethearts Bridal after a disappointing appointment elsewhere. I did not have an appointment, so I was just expecting to look at the bridesmaid dresses (it was a Saturday morning and they were busy!). After a brief moment, the assistant asked what I was looking for and I said I was actually in the market for a wedding gown, so she quickly found me a change room and a co-worker (Dom) to help me with my bridal gown shopping. The whole experience was wonderful. Dom listened to my ideas of what I wanted, and pulled a range of beautiful dresses; one of which was THE ONE! I was so happy to have had such a beautiful wedding dress shopping experience. My dress was fabulous - I wish I could wear it again!

Tania was so easy to work with, from start to finish. She answered our questions, explained the process of not only the ceremony but also how the legal side of things work after we were officially married. Tania responded to all my emails quickly, and just generally put us at ease knowing that all details of the ceremony were looked after. Tania tailored our ceremony to reflect us perfectly, and we couldn't ask for anything more.
