One of the best choices we made for our wedding was having Phoebe as the celebrant. She was organised, accomodating, and flexible. She also has a bubbly personality which brought extra cheer to our special day. She was happy to incorporate a Vietnamese tea ceremony to our day. She was also receptive to any changes we wanted and was very pleasant to work with.
