Do not order from this company. It's my belief this is not a woman actually but a man, when she finally responded after I said I reported her, it came from a Hannah El-helou, upon looking this person up it seems to be a man named Hanna El-helou. When ordering my two flower girl dresses they assured me it would take 8 weeks, and when ordering it said 3 month shipping timeframe. I ordered in early February. Should've arrived early May, over a month ago. Have reached out to the seller on various mediums since early April, including Facebook, Instagram, email and their texting platform on their website. It's funny because when I was interested in buying the dress and asking questions they were sooooo responsive, but now have been ghosting me. I finally reported the business to the ACCC, reported a claim with my bank. Avoid them!
