Louise was easy to communicate with via phone or email and got back to me really quickly. We met with her and we went to the venue and she laid up everything so we understood exactly what it was going to look like. She was flexible with changes and made the time to go through every detail to make sure we were happy. She was understanding and so lovely to work with and we felt like we had known her for years even though we were meeting for the first time.
