If you're looking for the perfect wedding DJ, look no further than Lockie from Tonic DJs! We honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. From our very first meeting, Lockie took the time to get to know us as a couple and hear our story. He talked us through everything so we knew exactly what to expect, and because he'd worked at our venue before, he was even able to explain some of their processes, which made us feel so much more relaxed leading up to the day. On the wedding day, he was incredible. He checked in with us throughout the entire night, reminding us of the plans we'd made while also making sure nothing had changed. He kept us updated on timing, speeches and what was coming next, so we never had to worry about a thing. One of our favourite things was how much he interacted with our guests. He went around to every table, chatting with everyone, asking how they knew us and making people feel genuinely included. When it came time to dance, he absolutely nailed the playlist. He played so many of our requested songs while reading the room perfectly, keeping the dance floor packed all night. Lockie wasn't just standing behind the DJ booth either, he was out on the dance floor with us, bringing so much energy! He was dancing with our older guests, making everyone feel welcome, and even helped people remember the steps to the Nutbush and the Macarena so everyone could join in. He was the ultimate hype man and created such an amazing atmosphere from start to finish. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how fantastic he was, and neither have we. Thank you, Lockie, for making our wedding reception so much fun and so memorable. We genuinely couldn't imagine our day without you!
