Felicity was absolutely phenomenal. From the start, she was incredibly thorough in her process, guiding us with care and making sure every detail was thoughtfully planned. On the day itself, she remained calm and most importantly ensured we remained calm and excited, even when we forgot a couple of things—we felt completely at ease knowing she would guide us through it all!
