Our photographer, James, was fantastic—he made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera and captured the most stunning, natural moments. He had the perfect balance of giving direction while still letting everything feel relaxed and effortless. Every photo tells the story of our day so beautifully, from the intimate family moments to the incredible golden-hour shots. Our videographer, Emily, was just as amazing! She blended into the day so seamlessly, capturing all the raw emotions, laughter, and love without us even noticing the camera. We could not have chosen a more perfect venue than BoxGrove for our wedding in Bathurst! From start to finish, everything about this venue was flawless, making our day truly magical. What makes BoxGrove so special is that it’s a complete all-in-one venue—they take care of everything. From styling and florals to the ceremony and reception, every detail was beautifully executed. We had our ceremony in the stunning rose garden, which provided the most picturesque backdrop, and our outdoor reception on the lawns was nothing short of breathtaking. A huge shoutout to Kayla, who managed our wedding and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. She was incredibly organised, helpful, and supportive, handling all the vendors, the coordination in the lead-up and on the day, the styling and florals with such care and creativity. It was amazing to have someone so experienced and dedicated to bringing our vision to life! She is amazing! The onsite Luxe salon was a dream for getting ready—spacious, stylish, and so convenient. Plus, the venue offers accommodation for guests and luxurious REST accommodation for the bridal party and family, which made the entire wedding so easy and enjoyable for everyone. Getting ready in the stunning onsite salon, Luxe, was such a relaxing and special experience, and Amanda made the entire process seamless from start to finish. With myself, six bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom, and two flower girls to get through, Amanda and her lovely friend and makeup artist, Cassie, worked their magic effortlessly. She took the time to ensure each of us looked and felt our absolute best, creating stunning, long-lasting makeup that was both flawless in person and photographed beautifully.
