We had Burn City Smokers cater our wedding of 80 people. I must say that they are the best food caterer to have! The staff were very professional, the food was absolutely amazing and tasted EXACTLY as the tasting platter did that we tried beforehand. The on-day staff were helpful and adaptable to my DIY wedding. Raphael and the team are very pleasant, knowledgeable, have a true love for smoking and upholding their reputation. Thank you again for catering my wedding.
