Where to even begin? The only word to describe Viv is AMAZING! Viv goes above and beyond! You are not just a customer to Viv, we now feel like family! From the very first time I contacted Viv she was nothing but helpful and caring! I knew straight away we were in good hands. Viv was more than accommodating when we had to reschedule because of Covid… Viv even remembered my birthday during lockdown and contacted me just to wish me a happy birthday! That to me says a lot! I could not recommend Vivienne to be a part of your special day more! We absolutely love her!!!
