I worked with Vivid Memories for my tea ceremony and wedding, and Vy was absolutely amazing to work with from the very beginning. After our initial call, she immediately understood my vision and what mattered most to me (and what didn't). She had a few go-to suppliers that were incredibly reliable and aligned with our style and needs. There were specific coupes that I really wanted for the wedding, but the supplier I was enquiring with before Vivid memories came onboard had a minimum spend that I didn’t meet. Vy managed to secure the coupes for me through her existing relationship with the supplier, and it completed the wedding décor I had been dreaming of. It’s that kind of attention to detail and resourcefulness that made working with her so special. On the day, I truly felt like I could just enjoy every moment because all the suppliers were going directly to Vy - she knew how I wanted the setup to be. If I have one piece of advice for other brides, it’s that you absolutely need that one go-to person on the day so you can actually enjoy the day. The coordinators that venues provide can only do so much — having a wedding planner like Vivid Memories meant I could fully trust that everything was taken care of, and I was free to enjoy every moment. Vy took care of every detail with care and professionalism, and her creativity, organisation and warm personality made all the difference. I couldn’t have done it without her. Out of all the expenses for the wedding, I truly feel that hiring Vivid Memories was the best money we spent. The peace of mind, flawless execution and genuine care she brought to the entire process were priceless. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a planner who truly listens, cares and delivers!
