We engaged Dorothy to officiate our intimate ceremony in the midst of COVID-19. She remained unflappable throughout several changes in the lead-up to the big day, kept us up-to-date on all developments and shared our determination to go ahead with a reassuring can-do attitude. Warm and good-humoured, Dorothy was remarkably flexible and available throughout the process – even going above and beyond to scout out our wedding location for us when we were trapped outside the state. Her experienced advice in all the ins and outs was invaluable in everything from bureaucratic gymnastics to seating arrangements and details for the day. Dorothy helped us create a beautiful, intimate ceremony with a minimum of fuss, which all our guests agreed was one of the best they had seen. She has an easy, unobtrusive yet characterful and cheerful presence that puts everyone at ease. Thanks so much for an unforgettable day, Dorothy!
