Before the wedding they were so hard to contact, and only get on contact with them two days before. They were so lax with their customer service. I'd been trying to get in contact with them two and a half weeks before my wedding and they called me back two days before. The lead up was a stress which wasn't fat. Luke on the day was fantastic and he did a great job.
