Just wanted to say a HUGE Thank you to you for everything in the lead up to the wedding day and on the day . I will be forever indebted to you . We all loved our hairstyles !! You went over and above all my expectations, your work is amazing, you did a fantastic job, thank you !! You took the time to answer my countless emails , going through photos for me and my bridal party and making sure we all had hairstyles that would suit us. You spent many hours on my hair trials not letting me leave until I was completely happy and comfortable and loving my hair. You ensured my hair piece was exactly where it needed to be . Your precision of getting it right on the hair trial so we didn’t waste time on the wedding day was exceptional. Everything was written down and you took photos to make sure you got the same style on the wedding day. I have been too many hairdressers but never met one as good and as detailed as you . Not only that you came to my house on the week of the wedding and gave my mum a hair trial knowing how worried I was if she wasn’t comfortable. Mum couldn’t thankyou enough, not only did she love her hairstyle but you gave us all peace of mind that it will all work out on the day . When you were at my place you helped me to organise where I would set up for everyone to get ready on the wedding day . As my house is small having the hairdresser , makeup artist photographer , and videographer and bridal party all in a confined space Berna helped me to work out which furniture to rearrange so we weren’t stepping over each other. She surely went over and above . Thank you for staying with me all day and giving me and my girls touch ups . The day started with Berna arriving at 4.30 am , not only did Berna get us all ready on time for the photographers arrival at my house but our hair was exceptional , everyone commented on how lovely it was. You went over and above when I got to the church and you were right there when I got out of the car about to walk do
