From the moment we first visited Tambo Farm, we knew it was the one. The views are stunning and the peaceful country vibe. The team instantly put me at ease. They're calm, super organised, and genuinely care about making your day exactly what you want it to be. Throughout the whole planning process, they were a dream to work with — offering helpful advice, quick replies, and so much patience. It made such a difference; I actually found myself relaxing and enjoying the lead-up to the wedding. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly that I was able to fully enjoy every moment without a worry. The venue itself is breathtaking. The ceremony space, the function centre, the animals, the sunsets — it’s all just picture-perfect. And yes, we have to mention the Highland cows! They honestly stole the show. Our guests were obsessed, and we even got a few photos with them, which turned out to be some of our absolute favourites. Our guests also keep saying how much they loved the food, the countryside views, and the animals — it was truly a feast, and no one went hungry, that’s for sure. Myself and my family also stayed in The Barn the night before and the night of the wedding, and it was such a gorgeous, cozy space to unwind. It was an absolutely beautiful way to wake up and get ready on the morning of our big day, especially having our hair and makeup done there! We loved that we could set up the night before and again in the morning for last-minute touches. We also loved listening to the sound of water running down near the dam while we stayed at The Barn — it was so peaceful and calming, and it truly enhanced the whole relaxing atmosphere. We can’t thank the team at Tambo enough for making our dream wedding come true! If you’re looking for a venue that’s relaxed, beautiful, and run by people who will treat your wedding like it truly matters, look no further. We honestly wish we could do the day over again. Thank you for helping us create a day that we’ll cherish forever, and we’ll definitely be coming back to stay at the beautiful Barn accommodation again!
