Pro - Awesome Sydney Harbour view and smooth wedding day. Con - high turn over on staff and no change management process. I dealt with 6 event coordinator in less than 12 months and they didn't keep a good record on our past communication. I recommend to budget for your own event coordinator/wedding planner to save yourself the headache. Leisa from Windwood Event rescued my sanity and I was relaxed even the venue provided me with a new event coordinator again 5 days before the wedding!
