would never go back there for suits, first ordered the wrong size pants for the groom then when calling the lady was completely rude, got them changed but wasnt happy with the service at all

escape was great no dramas booking but the package wasnt the best for a honeymoon, for a holiday great but resort as a honeymoon place not at all

we had an issue with our cake lady backing out 5 days before our wedding. anja was beautiful did our cake in such short notice and it was perfect

when ordering was great customer service, when having 1st fitting was too big around boobs got taken in, taken up put cups in and a botton hook at the back to hook the train up. went in 3 weeks before the wedding to pick up and retry, was so disappointed in my was still too big on boob area cups had done nothing and had already been taken in, she said she could take it in more but we would loose the crystals, in the end we went and brought a padded bra helped a little bit i didnt have time to stuff around as we were leaving in 2 weeks for the wedding, one lady suggested a strap so we ended up getting a halter neck strap put on. I was pretty annoyed but not much i could do with the limited time i really need a size 12 in that dress but they ordered me a 14 they are the experts so went with there advice which i wouldnt do again. On the wedding day it was gappy around my boobs only in a quite a few of photos u can see the gap which is disappointing and also we hooked my train up after the ceremony and it snaped straight away a waste of $25 for something that wasnt strong enough to hold the dress had to carry the train around all afternoon + night was so annoying by the time of the first dance i just let it drag.

i went fake flowers this lady was the best so helpful with everything as i had no idea, she dyed the lillies to the extact match to my bridesmaid dress, even helped with ideas for my table centre pieces, 3 weeks before the wedding i realised we couldnt give my flower girl a basket of petals as ur not allowed to throw them anymore, the lady at bibis made me a bouquet for her with white lillies and my bridesmaid colour fanipani's. would defently reccommend her for all flower + set up needs

as being a hairdresser myself prolly abit more picky then others, bridesmaid hair first pin up not what i wanted at all she took some pieces out but was hard to change as too much product so i jus left it wasnt what i wanted but what can you do.. my hair come up good i was prolly more direct to how i wanted it. Makeup, she did airbrush which i hadnt had done before when she had done the makeup looked great ceremony good half way through photos the airbrush foundation was gone eyes blush was still perfect. i wouldnt reccommend the airbrush at all if she had used a better foundation it would have held. the day was hot but really windy so we werent sweaty at all so no reason for it to come off the way it did. defently needs to relook her foundation products. I dislike most of my reception photos as i am someone who wears makeup so at the reception i had nothing but blush and eye shadow.
