Jen was super accommodating and helpful with suggestions on how to achieve the look I wanted. As someone who doesn't have much knowledge about hair and makeup, I found her gentle guidance and positive attitude when discussing options very calming. The trials went smoothly and the final outcome was even better than I had expected. A last minute change of mind on the hairstyle did not phase her and she managed to create a gorgeous hairstyle that I loved on the day. My makeup was natural and stayed perfect for the entire day and night with minimal powdering required. Jen's positive attitude and great taste in music really put me at ease and I felt 100% certain that she would not let me down. She was easy to communicate with and willing to work around my changing plans. She also did an amazing job for my bridesmaid and was spot on for timing. Thank you again Jen!!!
