We have known Jimmy from many moons ago and regardless of how much time has passed, every encounter with him whether it be passing by him in the supermarket or pulling up a chair next to him at a coffee shop, leaves us feeling fuller of heart, soul and mind. He has such an innate connection with those around him that leaves an everlasting, memorable and meaningful impression. Jimmy’s presence radiates so purely of warmth, peace and tranquility unlike any other. Hence, upon planning our wedding we were certain that Jimmy would be our wedding ceremony celebrant and reception host. From our initial contact conversation regarding the early beginnings of our wedding plans to this very review Jimmy has displayed exceptional professionalism and consideration through his means of communication. He consistently took the time and effort to meet in person, promptly respond to emails and check in over the phone to ensure that we were well informed of how he was planning and orchestrating our wedding ceremony and reception vision. Jimmy ensured that we were always at the forefront of our special day while politely offering improvement suggestions from his previous celebrant experiences. His insights offered engaging alternatives that were warmly welcomed and always lightened our load. Jimmy also exceeded above and beyond our expectations in regards to managing our guests throughout the event proceedings. From clearly informing guests of our specific ceremony requests such as putting phones away and remaining seated during the bridal procession; to swiftly calling and gathering guests for photo combinations to not delay our sunset couple photos; then finally, transitioning our guests with his charm through family speeches, cake cutting and our first dance. Jimmy’s natural ability to work a room was utterly seamless and enabled us to simply sit back and soak in the beauty of our day. Lastly, and my favourite element of all, he ensured our wedding was OUR wedding. Prior to our special day Jimmy had asked Patch and I to complete a questionnaire regarding how we met, first attractions, first I love you’s, first joys, first challenges and future hopes as husband and wife. We filled out such surveys for the purpose of Jimmy to know us better as a couple and develop his content for the ceremony and reception. But unbeknown to us Jimmy carefully took these responses and crafted the most uniquely personal and eloquent ceremony and reception script that spoke to our love story alone. Jimmy made us feel seen and celebrated the individuality of our relationship as a couple. We are beyond grateful for the curation of our wedding day by this wholesome soul and highly recommend his services for your next event. You are in the best of hands with Jimmy by your side.
