Excellent customer service. The events staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease and are so helpful with planning so making decisions was so much easier. Olivia, Erika, and Victoria were fabulous. We booked Crown, not because of the venue, but because of the level of attention provided by their staff. Highly recommend the River Room. Once styled, it's stunning.

Our driver, Ray, was professional and kept us on track throughout the day. The interior photos on their website of the Ford stretch limo do not do it justice. We were amazed when we got in. Super spacious yet modern and elegant. Ray allowed us to play with the lighting so it was fun during the journey too. The team was really responsive and made wedding planning a little less stressful. Thank you Regan, Jane, and Ray.

Jinky and Celebrity Snaps Photobooths are amazing. The amount of props provided and the quality of the booth on the whole, is the absolute best out there. Definitely get the album, it's so worth it. Jinky goes out of her way to look after you and sends you mock designs of the custom logo to make sure it's perfect on the day. Our wedding guests loved it so much. Thank you again for making our wedding wonderful and fun. We had the open booth with silver curtains, and the red carpet added a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, I can't describe how much we were wowed when we saw our wedding cake. Nat was a pleasure to deal with. She made, delivered, and setup our cake so it was seamless. Her cakes taste even better than they look, moist and full of flavour. We got a 3 tier ombre cake with choc cherry ripe, choc mud, and red velvet. My partner normally doesn't eat red velvet but Nat's is so good that he loved it too. The best red velvet ever, highly recommend. Thanks Nat!
