Great package for Bride, Mother of bride or groom and 3 Bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done on the day. Right next door to the venue so was able to stroll down and back with plenty of time to spare before the ceremony. Super friendly and did exactly what was asked! Cheese platter and bottle of bubbly was wonderful!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Mercure, it was the perfect venue for our group of 28. Hannah was simply fantastic, she answered every question we had, explained all our options clearly and made sure our day was planned to a T so that everything ran smoothly. It was so simple having everything in the one place and the Mercure Resort is a great all inclusive venue, accommodation, ceremony, reception and beautiful grounds for photos all in one place! The choices of ceremony and reception spaces are wonderful and they were able to move us to larger space, due to restrictions, so our day could still go ahead ! The event staff were exceptional, so friendly, they kept everyone's glass full and the food service was quick and smooth. The food was outstanding and delicious! Thank you all so much, it truly was the perfect day!
