Utterly disappointed with the service provided by Kelly, my fiance and I travelled all the way to Perth and engaged her to be the photographer for our pre wedding shoot as we read good reviews about her. After providing us our photos, we requested for an extra One original photo which we liked very much as we were given a black & white version, and we were being informed by Kelly that she is unable to help us with our request at this stage after receiving our full payment. We only received 78 photos out of the 80-90 photos as per discussed so we didn't think it would be unreasonable to get at least 1 more photo from her. After a few more attempts in asking an update from her, she practically blocked us on WhatsApp. So so disappointed with her and such a shocking experience!! 😟😟😟
