My dress by Monique Lhullier is stunning. Overall Helen offered great styling tips and was very helpful during the fittings to ensure that the dress fitted perfectly. I didn't like Helen's assistants though, they weren't overly friendly and forgot who I was when I went to collect my dress, making me stand in the street with my suitcases because they thought I was the next appointment who shouldn't have arrived for another 10 mins. Kind of unbelievable considering I had been in and out of the store twice the day before for fittings. This confusion left me feeling pretty disappointed after how much we had just spent in store, however, I did receive an apology email from Helen. If you are looking for a couture gown, this really is a one stop shop. Helen offers the best designer gowns. I traveled from Adelaide and Helen Rodrigues was the only store that had all the designers I had found on Pinterest.

We opted for a custom Cheese Tower rather a traditional wedding cake. We met with a representative from Say Cheese who met us in the central markets and assisted us with samples of cheese and recommendations of what would suit our aesthetics. The cheese was sensational and the whole experience was excellent.

Many guests at our wedding commented on how fantastic Marina was. One guest contacted Marina the week after our wedding and has booked her for their wedding later this year. Marina offers an excellent service, making the whole experience comfortable and offering suggestions on tailoring the ceremony to your needs.

Lee and I worked closely together over a couple of months to create a unique wedding backdrop and general flower designs. As a March bride, most of the fluffy flowers were out of season but we were able to import some peonies from Israel to mix in with some local flowers. Despite the limitations of what was available, she managed to put together beautiful arrangements which I was thrilled with.

The Baker Boys are an excellent well rounded party band, playing a mixture of classics and recent hits. Through the Baker Boys we organised a string quartet for the ceremony and canapes, followed by an acoustic solo during dinner and a 5 piece band for the party part of the evening. Overall they created a wonderful atmosphere to suit each part of the day.

The only way to go for portable bathroom hire in Adelaide. They are equipped like a proper bathroom, not a portaloo! We had 2 of the Deluxe Portable Restrooms at our wedding which were perfect. Clean, tasteful and comfortable.

We were photographed by Tony Fu on our day. We have only received a couple of teaser shots so far with our package expected to be ready in 2 weeks time. So far, so good! Tony had great ideas and we can't wait to see the rest of the photos.
