My partner and I recently had Silks cater our wedding reception and we cannot thank them enough! With my background being Australian and my partner's Vietnamese, we faced the challenge of merging two distinct culinary traditions in a way that would appeal to our families' varied palates, including some very picky eaters and a range of dietary restrictions. My partner and I were offered a variety of suggestions and recommendations which was refined into a beautiful seven-course meal. My father, who has specific dietary preferences, was provided with a completely alternative meal from the main course and was thouroughly impressed. Following our big day, we have received nothing but postive feedback about how delicious the food was. We wholeheartedly recommend Silks to anyone in search of exceptional catering services, particularly for events that involve blending cultures and culinary traditions.
