I cannot recommend Katsu enough, he is an absolute star. I hate getting my photo taken (a hangover from childhood) and he made me feel so comfortable I hardly noticed there was a camera which helped me relax and enjoy the day. We did a pre-wedding shoot which really helped me feel at ease and Katsu was incredibly flexible with timing on our big day which we are forever grateful for. He also managed to get a selection of photos to us really quickly so we could share them with relatives overseas we saw shortly after the wedding who couldn't make it over for the ceremony. Our wedding photos are fantastic and we are having a hard time choosing which ones to get printed and framed to put up, we keep changing our mind as there are so many amazing shots to choose from.

Jess helped with the music throughout our wedding from the ceremony to the end of the night. She had great suggestions and helped us go through planning music to fit each part of the day, it worked as the dance floor was never empty the entire evening. Jess was very friendly and a joy to have there on the day, she was organised bringing all the equipment and setting up so everything was done without us having to worry at all. We would recommend Jess to anyone looking for a DJ for an event or wedding.

Wedding Music

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Gunners Barracks recently and it was perfect! The spaces flow beautifully, from the ceremony in the beautiful sandstone courtyard, cocktails with the harbour view on the terrace through the dining room back to the courtyard later for dancing under the fairy lights. Our wedding coordinator Jasmine was great, she was so helpful answering all our (many) questions the entire time we were planning our big day. Brooke and the staff were all fantastic on the day, they were so thoughtful of all the little things that really helped everything run like a dream! Our guests are still talking about the wonderful food and how great a time they had. Thank you so much for helping us to create such a special day, we loved every minute!

Lynn was fantastic to work with when we were planning our wedding, she was great with communication the whole way through the process. We wanted blue and cream as the main colour palette and she had great suggestions with seasonal flowers that looked amazing. The bouquets and buttonholes were beautiful. The flowers for the ceremony (arch and chairs) were created in a way they could be reused for the reception to help with our budget. It all looked stunning and we had so many guests comment on how beautiful the flowers were. We would highly recommend Lynn to any bride & groom looking for a florist, she was simply amazing. My husband really wanted a vintage car for our small wedding and we struggled to find somewhere that didn't insist on a big expensive package. We were so lucky to find the Vintage Chauffeur! Johnny was so helpful that we could fulfil my husband's wish without breaking the bank. Dil was our chauffeur on our wedding day and he was fantastic - so considerate and careful of my dress, very patient and lots of fun to chat with to help calm nerves. We couldn't have asked for anything more - an absolutely beautiful car (which looks fantastic in photos) with the best driver. Thank you so much Dil & Johnny for helping make our day so magical!

We talked to a few celebrants initially and are so happy we picked Julie, she was so helpful and organised, explaining everything clearly from our first meeting. Julie helped us create a ceremony that was full of fun and laughter whilst still being sweet and heartfelt, reflecting our personalities. It was lovely to get to know Julie (along with her husband, cat & dog) throughout the process. On our wedding day, Julie was recovering from surgery and even then was professional, organised, calm and friendly so that our ceremony was filled with love and laughter. With Julie's help and guidance our ceremony was unique and perfect with so many of our guests commenting how much they loved it.
