Jess was an incredible DJ for my wedding! With a multicultural crowd, I was amazed by her extensive music knowledge and how she kept all my guests entertained with songs they were familiar with and loved. She nailed the vibe perfectly, and her communication throughout the planning process was excellent. One highlight was the epic grand entrance song she mixed for us—it was exactly what we envisioned! Jess also did a fantastic job managing the flow of the day and creating the perfect atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and highly recommend her for any event!

I rented my wedding dress from Event Wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful! Seriously, why break the bank buying a dress when you can rent one that’s way better quality than anything you could afford to buy? The whole process was so easy. I made an appointment, tried on several stunning dresses, and found my dream gown. Their collection is gorgeous! After paying the deposit, I picked up my dress the week before the wedding and paid the bond. Returning it was just as simple—I didn’t even have to worry about cleaning or maintaining the dress. Event Wedding made everything so stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Doltone House venues are absolutely stunning! My wedding was held at Jones Bay Wharf, right by the water, with a breathtaking view. I especially loved the deck area, where my guests could relax, enjoy drinks, and savour canapés while taking in the waterfront scenery. The venue itself is elegant and high-class—any wedding décor looks incredible in this beautiful setting. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure everyone was well looked after. As the newlyweds, we barely had time to eat or drink, but the staff went above and beyond by packing drinks and cake for us to enjoy on the way to our hotel. They even kept reminding us to stay hydrated, which was so thoughtful! The food was absolutely delicious, and all my guests raved about it—including the vegetarian and kids' meals. Communication with the event manager was smooth and efficient, making the entire planning process stress-free. My wedding day was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Doltone House. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I had Patricia as my wedding MC! My wedding was a multicultural celebration of both Chinese and Māori cultures, and she handled it with such professionalism. Patricia made sure all cultural formalities were appropriately addressed, and both sides of the family were so impressed by her respect and attention to detail. She actively communicated with us to ensure everything was perfect, and her fun personality, wit, and powerful voice truly brought the day to life. Even though my Chinese family doesn’t speak much English, Patricia took the time to explain Māori traditions, like the haka, in a way they could understand and appreciate. Highly recommend her for any event!
