We are so incredibly grateful to Vy Vy for everything she did for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was organised, proactive, and working tirelessly behind the scenes. I’m very much a busy, detail-oriented bride and there were moments I felt overwhelmed, but Vy Vy was always calm, reassuring, and just a phone call away. She was incredibly responsive, stepped in when needed, and truly took the reins in the lead up and on the day. What I appreciated most was how well she understood my vision, what I liked, what I didn’t like, and the overall feeling I wanted for the day. She executed everything so seamlessly. My husband and I come from different cultural backgrounds, which meant our wedding had quite a few moving parts. We had a Chinese tea ceremony (with door games!), a traditional Greek church ceremony, and a reception that included lion dancers and a Greek bouzouki player. Vy Vy coordinated all the different suppliers, managed timelines across multiple locations, and ensured every cultural element flowed beautifully and respectfully. Because of her, I was able to truly be present on the day, to soak it in, enjoy the moments, and not worry about logistics. That peace of mind is priceless.
