We are so glad we chose The Boat House for our wedding venue! From the very beginning the entire process was well-organised, even with managing a postponement thanks to COVID. We went with a cocktail reception and this certainly did not disappoint! We received so many compliments from our guests on the night about the incredible food, the venue, and the attentive and generous staff. Everything went smoothly which meant we could focus on enjoying our night, and we had the best time. Highly recommend The Boat House as an amazing wedding venue in Canberra!

I cannot recommend Lilah enough! She is an incredibly talented make-up artist and made us all feel so beautiful while still looking like ourselves. She really took the time in the trial to ask questions and create the perfect look and she also provided detailed advice and suggestions for skin prep leading up to the big day. Lilah was a joy to interact with and had such a lovely and calming presence on the day. My sisters and I had a great time getting ready with her! I barely touched up my make-up all night and it still looked flawess by the end of the night. Thank you so much Lilah!!
