What an absolutely disgusting service. Chris, you should be ashamed of yourself. From the moment he arrived, it was horrific. My husband and I recently got married and all the vendors were incredibly professional and provided a great service, except Chris. I sent through at least 5 running sheets to inform him of where we were going. I received nothing back, so assumed the limo I had chosen was suitable. On the day (36c heat), there was no aircon, the music didn’t work and he drove at a snails pace. Not to mention, he avoided tolls, resulting in the whole wedding being delayed by 45 minutes. He continued to ask for payment, despite everyone’s clear frustrations and attempts to hurry him along. After the ceremony, in which he was still paid. He failed to have forethought and put the horrific air conditioning on beforehand for the bridal party and then, 130 metres before the photo destination (approximately 5 minutes drive from the ceremony), he advised the limo could not go over speed humps, so we’d have to walk. I told our bridal party of 12 (by the way, the website says the Chrysler fits 12 - it DOES NOT) to get out. Chris demanded payment, which we provided out of frustration and to get rid of this horrific man. He had no remorse whatsoever and just left. We paid him for the whole duration and he had no decency at all to offer a discount. Not to mention, the limo was dirty and the paint was peeling off. In my opinion, this man deserved nothing. Please do not go with this service, it will ruin your day and you will regret it.
