The team at RH.foto were so helpful, genuine and an absolute pleasure to work with. Genuinely gave us constructive advice on what would work best for us and how they would support us to our needs. I too had my bridal makeup and bridesmaids makeup done with the team and honestly, the team was so professional and the makeup was done perfectly to my vision! I was actually quite sick with a stomach bug on my wedding day and the team not once pushed me too hard to capture shots. They listened to me and constantly checked in if it was too stressful for me. They always had my wellbeing in mind but yet still captured the wedding day beautifully! No one could tell from the shots and video that I was under the weather! Post the wedding, they’ve turned around the photos rather quickly. And eventhough 8 months down the track I accidentally deleted my wedding videos, they’ve helped me recover it soonest possible and would reply to my message as soon as they could. Just to give me updates that they are currently out shooting and will only look into it once they were done for the day. They absolutely are a team of professionals that would go out of their way to ensure customers (past or future) are attended and queries answered. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better team!
