Dan and Jen at Fork and Knife Gosford truly surpass anyone we have ever met . We had a Mexican themed wedding so wanted something very tailored to our theme. We just gave them a few ideas and away they went. We went for a tasting before the day and the food blew us away, and then on the day well wow. There was so much choice, the kids were tailored for as well, the colours and the layout were fantastic. We had a grazing table straight after the ceremony and my god the arancini balls were to die for. Then we had a food truck for the mains and the meat was all prepared fresh from the smokers and was delicious. The RSA staff they provided were so friendly and worked so hard all day. If you want great food, service and a smile then Dan and Jen are it!

We got married in February 2019 and had Paul was our celebrant. The amount of our guests who said what a fantastic service we had and his style and personality really made it very engaging and fun. Paul was extremely helpful, flexible and made us feel really comfortable. Both our venue and our wedding planner said they would love to work with him again. We truly would recommend Paul to anyone thinking of getting married, he was fab.

Great service, very accommodating and flexible. We got our photobooth, slushie machine and popcorn machine from the same supplier and all went down a storm with the guests. The DJ was also our MC and he was great kept the night flowing and was really engaging with guests and the kids.
