The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and the perfect setting for our special day. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the right location for us, and the micro wedding packages were what initially sold us. The space is stunning, well maintained, and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for us and our guests. The staff were great when dealing with me as the bride, always happy to go through details and answer questions so I felt informed and across everything during the planning process. The additional wet weather marquee was a heaven send on the day, as we ended up having our ceremony there, and it still felt really special and beautifully set up. In the lead-up, we did experience some issues with communication and booking systems, where there seemed to be some inconsistency in information provided to guests and staff. It caused some confusion at times, which was stressful during planning. However, on the day itself, the staff were absolutely amazing and everything came together beautifully. It was an incredible day, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy a truly special celebration. Overall, we are grateful for the setting and the day we had, and would still recommend the venue for its beautiful space and atmosphere, while hoping the administrative systems improve going forward.

Brendan was absolutely amazing as our photographer! From the very beginning, he made us feel relaxed and comfortable, which made such a difference on the day. He captured our wedding so beautifully and naturally, without ever feeling forced or staged. His attention to detail was incredible, and he managed to catch so many special little moments that we will treasure forever. Brendan was also calm, professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The weather wasn’t the best on the day, but he worked with it effortlessly and still managed to capture everything perfectly. Lavan Photography’s packages are very reasonably priced for the quality and moments he captures. We are so happy with our photos and couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a talented and genuinely lovely photographer.
